Yoga is for every body. Whether you’ve never even rolled out a mat and are looking for a place to start, or you’re an experienced and trained yogi looking to expand your practice, we offer all-levels classes with skilled instructors ready to teach and modify poses for any body, any age, any gender, at any level.  All are welcome to show up to any class, however, here are our recommendations:

Very Beginner/Aspiring Yogis: Check out one of our ‘Gentle Flow’ classes or sign up for our Gratitude Flow. Also, our Yin Yoga + Meditation class can be a great place to begin by practicing longer holds, increasing flexibility, detoxification and a quiet mind.

Beginner to Intermediate Yogis: Drop in to a lengthening and relaxing ‘Gentle Flow’ or ‘Gratitude Flow, or bump it up a notch and attend a quicker paced, ‘Vinyasa Flow’ class where we will link breath with movement. Challenge yourself to a ‘Upbeat All-Levels Flow’ and expect to work hard and be inspired.

Intermediate to Advanced Yogis: Choose your adventure! Each class offers a different vibe and physical demand. Try out a ‘Vigorous Vinyasa’ – a strengthening power flow designed to empower and stretch the body and mind, or treat yourself to an Energizing Afternoon session to bring some positive vibes to your day.

At Wildflower Society, we believe in living well.  Which to us, means living a balanced life full of nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Such as; eating locally grown and organic foods, practicing daily self-care routines, educating ourselves about the environment and making conscious, sustainable choices.  Getting outside in nature, moving our bodies and expanding our minds, are small ways to improve the quality of our lives. With a focus on preventative practice and alternative medicine, we offer workshops and courses designed to enlighten and inspire overall wellbeing. Art comes in many forms, from yoga and meditation, music and manifestation, to putting brush to canvas. Everyone has the ability to create, learn, and grow. We believe it is important to exercise our imagination as much as possible.  Regardless of your experience or skill level, our ‘Meditate to Create’ workshops offer a balance of freedom and guidance to set you on the path to inspiration.
