This is an all-levels class that is perfect for beginners and those coping with rehabilitation of an injury, but also great for advanced yogis looking for a slower paced, peaceful practice. With specific alignment cues to help you practice poses safely and effectively, you can expect soothing music, essential oils and mindful mantras as we work to strengthen, stretch and breathe into areas in our bodies that need attention.

Vinyasa is the practice of consciously linking our breath with our movement. You can expect a well-rounded practice that begins with some breath work and a slow warm-up, followed by well-known sequences and standing poses, and ending with a relaxing shavasana. This is an all-levels class, but is a step up from our Morning Flow and Gratitude Flow classes.

What better way to end the day than with an upbeat, all-levels flow? You can expect fun, energizing playlists filled with a mix of todays top hits and some blasts from the past. Creative sequencing and empowering poses will leave you feeling ready to take on the rest of your week.

This class is designed to build heat, strength, flexibility and endurance. If you are looking to gain core strength as well as boost your confidence and have fun while doing it, join us for the Upbeat All-Levels Flow!

Yin Yoga is a quiet and meditative class designed to increase joint mobility and improve flexibility. In this class, you can expect to hold each posture for 2-5 minutes using restorative props and blankets for comfort and support. By doing so, we create the opportunity for deep connection with ourselves and our bodies, unwinding long held tensions. This is an all-levels, relaxing and restorative class filled with mindful intention and guided meditation. It is the perfect way to end your active day!

Start your week off with this rejuvenating morning yoga flow, always held on Monday mornings when we need a little boost. This is an all-levels, gentle vinyasa class that focuses on alignment, strengthening, stretching and breathing techniques.

This is an all-levels gentle Vinyasa flow class with an intention of gratitude. You can expect a mix of mindful meditation, breath-work, essential oils, Oracle cards, long restorative holds as well as some fun sequencing and standing poses in the middle. Gratitude Flow is a well-rounded practice for the body, mind and soul.

Vigorous Vinyasa is a brisk, guided Vinyasa flow class. This class is perfect for those looking to expand their personal asana practice while working to tone, strengthen and stretch the body. Some yoga experience recommended.

Karma Yoga is a donation based, community yoga class that is held a few times throughout the year. This is an all-levels flow class designed to lengthen and strengthen the body while cultivating mindfulness, love, and compassion. All donated proceeds go directly to a local charity or organization of our choice. Join us as we nourish ourselves as well as our community. Suggested donation: $5 to $20

Ages (4-7) & Ages (7-10)

Kids Yoga is a combination of breath, poses, movement, mindfulness and creativity. Children will learn to create healthy habits for their body and mind.

Kids Yoga encourages little ones to be comfortable being themselves and participate in a group setting. Our kids classes are flexible and we sometimes incorporate artwork!

Parents can drop kids off a few minutes early and pickup after class.

Wildflower Society offers a class for every body. Whether you’re looking for a fast-paced, endurance building class or a slower-paced, gentle class to reset your intentions, we offer all-levels classes. Our skilled instructors are ready to teach and modify poses for any body, any age, any gender, at any level. We welcome you to our studio to discover yoga, practice wellness, create art and participate in our community. 

All are welcome to show up to any class, however, here are our recommendations:

Very Beginner/Aspiring Yogis: Check out one of our ‘Gentle Flow’ or ‘Gratitude Flow’ classes or start with ‘Yin Yoga + Meditation’ to experience longer held poses to increase flexibility and let your mind relax into the yoga world.

Beginner to Intermediate Yogis: Drop in to a lengthening and relaxing ‘Gentle Flow’ or ‘Gratitude Flow’ class, or bump it up a notch and attend a quicker paced, ‘Vinyasa Flow’ class where we will link breath with movement. Challenge yourself to a ‘Upbeat All-Levels Flow’ and expect to push yourself and be inspired.

Intermediate to Advanced Yogis: Choose your adventure! Each class offers a different vibe and physical demand. Try out a ‘Upbeat All-Levels Flow,’ ‘Vigorous Vinyasa’ or an ‘Afternoon Energizing Flow’ – all strengthening flows designed to empower and stretch the body and mind, or treat yourself to a ‘Yin Yoga + Meditation’ session.
